It's so sad to see all of our soldiers who have lost their lives in the Iraqi war but if it wasn't for the armed forces we wouldn't have what we have today may the Lord bless the families of the ones who have lost their lives and watch over them and comfort them in this time of loss God Bless the USA and may he also watch over our men who are over there now fighting for freedom

GINO: We met at the Columbus City Hall on 11/11. Thank you for sharing your story and your vision. The flag display is very moving and a fitting honor for those who have fallen. May the Lord continue to sustain you and your wife and also all the other families and extended families that have been affected by the sacrifices made by those whom we have loved and nutured and who still live on within us. Peace, Joseph

I live in Lancaster and spent some time with the Ohio Flags of Honor today. I want to tell you what a wonderful thing you are doing for the military and their families. It also touches those of us who haven't lost someone that was fighting for our country. I thank them all. We must never forget them or the ones that were injured. Also we must thank the veterans that survive as often as we can. Let's not waste time and get busy supporting our troops. What better way than the Ohio Flags of Honor. Thanks again.

I came across your website via a story in the Ashland Times Gazette today, and would first like to say "Thank You" to you, and all those involved in the "Flags of Honor" tribute to our Military Heroes.

I am a native Ohioan grounded in TX because of health problems in l998. I lost my husband, Robert, on Veterans Day in 2006. He had earned the Purple Heart and was a proud veteran. My thoughts and prayers are with you as you endeavor to help others who face this terrible losss. ...I cannot imagine how your heart must be breaking over the death of your son, but I know God can heal a broken heart. You have showed great courage to be able to carry on in such a noble fashion. Love in Christ...
